By establishing a connection with Zetrox Broadband, you agree to the following operational parameters and terms. These terms are designed to ensure network stability, fair use, and legal compliance for all active nodes on our network.
1. Service Provision & Installation
- Deployment: Zetrox Broadband agrees to provide high-speed internet access to the registered installation address, subject to network feasibility.
- Hardware Ownership: The 5G router and optical network terminal (ONT) provided during our "Free Installation" promotion remain the exclusive property of Zetrox Broadband. Upon termination of your account, this hardware must be returned to our technicians in working condition.
- Relocation: Service is locked to the specific installation address. If you move, a relocation request must be submitted via the Contact or Portal pages.
2. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)
The Zetrox network must be used responsibly. You explicitly agree not to use your connection for:
- Transmitting, downloading, or distributing illegal, pirated, or copyrighted material.
- Hosting commercial, high-traffic web servers or data centers on residential plans.
- Launching network attacks (DDoS), distributing malware, or engaging in any form of cybercrime.
- Spamming or sending unsolicited bulk electronic communications.
Enforcement: Violation of the AUP will result in immediate network termination without refund and, if required, cooperation with Indian law enforcement agencies.
3. Billing & Subscription Terms
- Prepaid Architecture: All Zetrox Broadband plans operate on a strictly prepaid basis. Access is granted only after payment is successfully verified.
- Taxes: All listed plan prices are subject to the standard 18% Goods and Services Tax (GST) as mandated by the Government of India.
- No Refunds: Due to the prepaid nature of bandwidth allocation, all subscription payments (1-month, 4-month, or custom) are final and non-refundable.
- Suspension: Failure to renew your plan by the expiry date will result in an automated service pause until the account balance is cleared.
4. Service Level Agreement (SLA) & Uptime
While we engineer our network for 99.9% uptime, internet service is provided on a "best-effort" basis. Zetrox Broadband is not liable for service interruptions caused by:
- Fiber cuts due to local municipal digging, construction, or extreme weather events (Force Majeure).
- Scheduled network maintenance (which will be communicated via WhatsApp/Email during off-peak hours).
- Power outages at the customer's premises.
5. Legal Compliance
Zetrox Broadband operates under the strict guidelines of the Department of Telecommunications (DoT), India. We reserve the right to temporarily suspend services in specific regions if directed to do so by local government or police authorities to maintain public order.
6. Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or the provision of internet services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Delhi, India.
