In the future, upon integration with official payment gateways (such as Razorpay), your payment data will be handled via their bank-level encrypted tokens. Zetrox does not store your direct credit card or UPI PIN data.
• Network Diagnostic Data: We monitor bandwidth usage, router status, and latency metrics solely to optimize network health and troubleshoot connectivity issues.

2. Zero-Logging & Traffic Privacy

We do not monitor, log, or inspect the contents of your internet traffic. Zetrox Broadband operates as a neutral infrastructure provider. The websites you visit, the streams you watch, and the data you download are entirely your business.

The data we collect is utilized strictly for operational purposes:

• To deploy physical fiber lines and configure hardware at your premises.
• To process billing, renewals, and account upgrades.
• To dispatch automated service notifications (e.g., expiry alerts) via our official communication lines.
• To comply with statutory regulations established by the Department of Telecommunications (DoT).

4. The "No Sell" Guarantee

We will never sell, rent, or misuse your personal information. Zetrox Broadband absolutely refuses to monetize our users by selling data to third-party marketing agencies, advertisers, or data brokers.

To provide a seamless digital experience, we utilize enterprise-grade third-party infrastructure. Data is only shared securely to execute specific functions:

• Security: Providers like Cloudflare (to protect our portals from malicious bot traffic).
• Payments: Gateways like Razorpay (for processing online transactions and UPI mandates).
